On valid justifications refund can be claimed within 24 hours of the payment. Once the document process starts no refund will be claimed.
Refund cases will be looked by three members committee viz, Directof Finance, Controller & Registrar and recommend cases for refund.
Approval of refund will be given by Vice Chancellor as per existing practice. For refunds email be sent to Director Finance at email firstname.lastname@example.org with full
payment particulars who will put up cases to the committee. Refunds will be made through a cross cheque in the name for which payment was made.
Refund time will be 15 working days.
Document Issuance System is introduced to apply online for your applications/request for issuance of Degree Certificate, Pass Certificate, Marks Certificate, Detailed Transcript Certificate or Date of Announcement Certificate.
